PHD Survey
A five-minute survey about the Public Hospital District (PHD)
Madrona Voices plans to conduct a number of surveys. Some will be just for fun. Some will be about public policy, and we will work hard to make these representative of the community and statistically significant. We will compare the results of the surveys to the actual County voting records, which will be a measure of our success.
The first survey is about the potential Orcas Island PHD. We will follow up with another survey on the same subject, but closer to the vote. The surveys will help you communicate what you want your community to look like and how it works. We will share the results with the public and with the commissioners, if the PHD is established and commissioners are elected. Other surveys will be about different topics, and we will share those, too.
