We do not share or sell any personal information about you or your responses.
We remove all identifying information before sharing the results of the survey. We group the responses from multiple people and only share the aggregated information.
We have an email address for each person. We use that email address to manage information. It is how we send you an invitation to participate in surveys, send you notices of results, and if you request, share updates. We do not share your email address with anyone; and if you do not want to receive emails from us, let us know and we will delete the email from our system.
As we demonstrated with our work on the public hospital district, with your help, we were able to produce representative samples of the community. The vote of the public matched the opinions expressed by those taking the surveys. We believe that as long as we continue to produce accurate, unbiased surveys, the community has a way to express its opinions to public officials and that this method can be more effective than town hall meetings in giving you a way to communicate. We encourage you to still go to the town hall meetings and various board/commission meetings of interest, though. It keeps you informed of what they are saying and doing, and there are still ways to communicate there. We strive to simply create another way to communicate when you cannot make those meetings or have more you want to get across. We hope that our work can help the decision-makers make decisions that are the most considerate of the community’s desires.
